We encourages our clients to walk through the home with us, but we understand you may be busy, and may not have time to do so.
We will compile for you a comprehensive report, which includes all of the information you need to determine the condition of the home.
We will deliver our report within 24 hours of the conclusion of your home inspection, so that you can quickly access a full overview of our findings – and discuss them with us and your agent
What type of inspection will you need?
If your are buying a home, You will need a "Residential Inspection" this will include all major systems and components of the home including the Roof, Insulation, Ventilation, Exterior, Garage, Structural Components, Interior, Plumbing, Electrical, HVAC and Built-In Kitchen Appliances.
A "4 point & wind mitigation" is not required, but if the home is typically 2007 or prior it will be good to consider. Doing so may get you possible discounts on your insurance. Ask your agent for more information.
